Kim Poli
I’m a music educator, classical singer, and stage performer with a B.S. in Music Education from Lebanon Valley College and an M.M. in Voice Performance from Shenandoah Conservatory. Having previously served as a choir director and music teacher in Pennsylvania public schools, I currently teach private lessons in piano and voice to all ages in the Los Angeles area. As a professional singer, I’ve had long-term positions at the Cathedral of St. Matthew the Apostle in Washington D.C., Indianapolis Opera Chorus and Opera Ensemble, and Emmy Award winner Tim Brickley’s Jazz Quintet. I have a passion for opera performance, and enjoy performing principal roles with regional opera companies, as well as performing children’s opera with outreach programs like Guild Opera of Los Angeles. It’s such a blessing and a privilege to teach music literacy, and to help people express themselves with their most free and natural voice. I am so happy to be praising God through music with the children of Saint Mark’s.
